There are many reasons why this is the case. Some have minimal experience. Others show a financial naivety. Another common mistake that recruiter newbies make is to focus too heavily on sales instead of service. Of course, anybody can be a recruiter – that much is true – but it doesn’t mean they will be any good at it.

To ensure that all placements are stress-free, efficient and effective, we carry out rigorous on-site testing and face-to-face interviews with all candidates. All candidates will be fully reference checked and we maintain constant monitoring of all candidates for the duration of each assignment.
