Description

Our client, a 5* Serviced Office Provider are now looking for a confident, professional and friendly Sales Administrator to join their business and friendly back office team.

 

Situated in stunning offices based in the City you will play a vital role in dealing with all the administration based around their potential clients and the viewings being arranged.

 

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Dealing with all the brokers, follow up on leads.
  • Arranging and booking viewings for the Client Relationship Manger.
  • Following up on all actions.
  • Arranging contracts.
  • Dealing with all email and telephone queries.
  • High volume of telephone-based work.
  • Being part an integral part of their events.

 

Candidate specification:

  • Confident, professional and friendly telephone manor.
  • Experience working within, an administration, customer service-based position, with high levels of telephone work.
  • Fresh energy, warm personality.
  • Can do attitude.

 

This is to start as soon as possible paying £25K.
