Our client, a 5* Serviced Office Provider are now looking for a confident, professional and friendly Sales Administrator to join their business and friendly back office team.
Situated in stunning offices based in the City you will play a vital role in dealing with all the administration based around their potential clients and the viewings being arranged.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Dealing with all the brokers, follow up on leads.
- Arranging and booking viewings for the Client Relationship Manger.
- Following up on all actions.
- Arranging contracts.
- Dealing with all email and telephone queries.
- High volume of telephone-based work.
- Being part an integral part of their events.
- Confident, professional and friendly telephone manor.
- Experience working within, an administration, customer service-based position, with high levels of telephone work.
- Fresh energy, warm personality.
- Can do attitude.
This is to start as soon as possible paying £25K.
