Payroll and Systems Administrator – Permanent Role – Media Agency – Based Kings Cross - £25,000
We’re recruiting for a Payroll and Systems Administrator for one of our media agency clients. The role will ensure accurate payroll process, employee data and benefits across all client groups.
This is a really varied role covering payroll data collection and validation, MI reporting, HRIS and employee benefits administration.
You will work closely with the:
- Compensation & Benefits Manager to ensure you’re supporting our employees as the first point of contact for benefits information across the Group
- This role is key to the success of the People Team and offers growth opportunities in Compensation, Benefits, Data Analytics and HRIS Administration.
- Working alongside a strong People Team, you will have autonomy to input into new processes, ideas and ways of working: they actively want to hear about what you can do to support the business better!

The successful candidate would have 12-18 months proven payroll experience and some experience of assisting a HR team
