HR Reward Analyst (FTC) London - West End Up to £30,000
Our client, an International Charity seek a HR Reward Analyst to join the team on a 3-month fixed term contract
The role will provide full support for Global Reward activities maintaining an effective and compliant remuneration structure across the Global operation whilst ensuring operational excellence.
- Managing smaller projects and initiating and implementing policy and process changes
- Interpret statistical and financial data and to undertake detailed costings and recommendations
- Identify commission and interpret salary survey and other bench-marking data
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, be Advanced in MS Excel
(e.g., Vlookup, pivot tables) and have a good understanding of budget and financial processes.
