Corporate Receptionist - Temporary                        London                                 Between £11 - £15phr


We work with many established corporate businesses based throughout London. With many businesses moving back to work into the office, many of our clients have a requirement for Temporary Receptionists on short-term and long-term assignments


Some of the Key Duties will include:


  • Dealing with the switchboard, directly calls and taking accurate messages when required
  • Meeting and greeting Clients and all visitors
  • Managing the meeting rooms, setting up and arranging refreshments
  • Dealing with deliveries and arranging couriers when needed
  • Managing all incoming post and distributing to correct people / department
  • Ensuring the front of house is to the highest standards at all times
  • Providing general administration duties when required
