CORPORATE RECEPTIONIST (MIN 3MTH CONTRACT)        SW1             Up to £30,000

Prestigious Global Bank seek an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join its Front of House Administration team.

You will be working alongside another receptionist supporting strict health & safety procedures for all staff and visitors arriving at the office

Duties include

  • Switchboard, receiving and directing calls promptly
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Organising taxis and couriers
  • Booking meetings and arranging equipment for conferences calls etc.
  • Log and distribute post
  • Updating spreadsheets and maintaining updated records
  • Invoicing and assisting with weekly mailouts
  • Receiving and directing urgent international faxes
  • Manage email inbox and support the admin and facilities team as required.


To apply you must have strong reception experience  with a confident and articulate manner.  Arabic is hugely advantageous
