Prestigious Global Bank seek an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join its Front of House Administration team.
You will be working alongside another receptionist supporting strict health & safety procedures for all staff and visitors arriving at the office
- Switchboard, receiving and directing calls promptly
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Organising taxis and couriers
- Booking meetings and arranging equipment for conferences calls etc.
- Log and distribute post
- Updating spreadsheets and maintaining updated records
- Invoicing and assisting with weekly mailouts
- Receiving and directing urgent international faxes
- Manage email inbox and support the admin and facilities team as required.
To apply you must have strong reception experience with a confident and articulate manner. Arabic is hugely advantageous
