We are working with a bubbly and friendly Recruitment Company, in the heart of the City who are seeking their new Business Administrator.
Your key duties will be the support the Consultants with all administration duties which include:
- Formatting of CV’s and other documents.
- Updating candidate profiles
- First point of contact with answering the telephones.
- Using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other packages as required.
- Creating reports on the company activities.
- Assisting with company events as and when.
- Minimum 6 months experience working within an administrative type position.
- Recruitment experience ideal but not essential.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Packages, Word Advanced level.
- Friendly, positive and reliable.
- Excellent telephone experience and telephone manor.
Paying £18-20K to start as soon as possible!
