Marketing Manager London Up to £70,000
Our client, an Accountancy firm, seek a Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day line management of direct reports (a mix of Marketing Executives and Marketing Assistants
- Share experience and skills, work collaboratively, and efficiently delegate work to other members of the Marketing team
- Advise Partners and Team Leaders on the best approach to achieve their business and marketing objectives.
- Regularly undertake market research and competitor analysis to ensure knowledge of market sectors is up-to-date and relevant.
- Provide stakeholders and team members with marketing steer and expertise in digital marketing, lead generation strategy, content marketing and data analysis.
- Collaborate with events, operations, PR and design specialists to produce comprehensive and creative campaign plans and marketing assets that support growth and brand presence.
- Write, review and edit impactful copy for all marketing channels, ensuring it aligns with the firm’s tone of voice guidelines and helps to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure all materials and channels have brand and tone consistency. Develop strategic partnerships
- Make the best use of the firm’s data for marketing purposes, research new data sources and maintain a good understanding of the Data Protection Act principles.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years Marketing management experience within a professional services firm ideally within a partnership model.
- Experience in marketing planning and budgeting
