Head of Operations London Up to £80,000
Our client, an Award-Winning tech-led business, seeks a Head of Operations to manage 3 head of Departments, drive revenue efficiencies and create processes for all operational departments to follow.
The role will involve setting and managing OKRs as well as taking lead to develop new policies and processes for the team to follow.
Key duties include:
• Ensuring key departments meet and exceed OKRs
• Design, document and implement processes throughout the company, implementing best practices that are both scalable and repeatable, and implementing technological improvements.
• Monitor and improve revenue and costs for each revenue centre
• Build a performance culture, which values continuous improvement and learning from mistakes
• Report on operational performance to allow C-Suite to assess department health
• Ensuring compliance with all regulations (e.g. data protection)

The suitable candidate will have previous Operational experience ideally from Start-up or tech-led industry.
