Events and Marketing Coordinator - FTC Essex Up to £34,000
Our client, a National Business Advisory firm, seeks an Events and Marketing coordinator to join the team covering a 12-month maternity contract.
This position involves organising and attending client events to ensure they run seamlessly, managing CRM and client information, and crafting and sending out invitations for events/customer engagements
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and instigate an annual program of marketing events in conjunction with local partners
• Attend events to ensure they run smoothly
• Administer invitation, acceptance and confirmation processes both internally and externally
• Research, book venues and support services and maintain liaison as required
• Coordinate and monitor e-brief communications and local PR as necessary
• Process invoices and maintain the budget, negotiating terms when required
• Monitor and maintain the CRM (MS Dynamics) system, preparing client invitation analysis
• Coordinate relevant networking groups and other networking opportunities
• Attend external marketing and host networking events
• Book partner and director client team lunches, presentations and networking events
• Research and recommend sales processes and business development ideas to partners
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations to company standards as required
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well diverse events team supporting and managing areas of the Events within a National business.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years Events experience with some knowledge of Marketing
