Corporate Receptionist - Temporary London Between £12 - £15phr
We work with many established corporate businesses based throughout London. With many businesses moving back to work into the office, many of our clients have a requirement for Temporary Receptionists on short-term and long-term assignments
Some of the Key Duties will include:
- Dealing with the switchboard, directly calls and taking accurate messages when required
- Meeting and greeting Clients and all visitors
- Managing the meeting rooms, setting up and arranging refreshments
- Dealing with deliveries and arranging couriers when needed
- Managing all incoming post and distributing to correct people / department
- Ensuring the front of house is to the highest standards at all times
- Providing general administration duties when required
