Our client, a Global Manufacturer, seek a CNC Grinder to join the team on a permanent basis

Key Responsibilities:
• Able to program and set effectively to optimise cycle times
• Be aware of tooling available and utilise accordingly
• Ensure every job is clocked onto and time recorded
• Program and set machine within allocated time or improve where possible
• Ensure correct information logged on to the tooling sheets including ensuring that any amendments are updated accordingly
• Able to recall saved programs and ensure that any amendments to program are correctly saved
• Ensure component submitted for first off inspection meets drawing requirements first time

Experience and skills required:
• Experience with programming, setting and operating Studer CNC Grinders and manual machines
• Have some understanding of mathematical concepts required (e.g. trigonometry)
• Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
