We believe it’s important to speak in depth to every new candidate before we add you to our database and reach out to suitable employers, so that we fully understand your skills, experience and personality.

Our consultant will ask about your previous experience, reasons for leaving your previous/current job, details of skills & qualifications, and to confirm personal information. They will also ask you what kind of role you hope to secure, and the kind of working culture that you believe suits you best.

We will also need to obtain two references and, where applicable, proof of work permits.
