Administrative Assistant London Up to £30,000
Our client, an Accountancy firm, seeks an Administrative Assistant to support both the Business Services and Business Tax teams.
Key duties include:
- Assist the Managers by providing administrative support to all relevant teams.
- Ensure all work undertaken is produced within agreed timescales, escalating to the Manager where necessary.
- Sort and organise post on SharePoint, sorting through the originals taking out cheques/requests from managers/sending on to clients and ensuring outgoing post is collected.
- Scan team documents as required, following the team’s procedures.
- Support all members of the two teams and provide administrative assistance as necessary.
- Answer the telephone, transfer calls, and take detailed messages to pass on in a timely manner.
- Ensure stationery supplies are appropriately always stocked.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year’s administrative experience from within professional services.
