Here at Coby Philips our Senior Consultants constantly meet and exceed both candidate and client requirements. Over the past week we conducted a short interview with the consultants themselves asking them the same four questions and here is the end result!
How do you know when you have found the perfect candidate for our client’s vacant position?
With every new position we strive to receive as much information as we need to for our candidates. We become aware of what exactly the client is looking for in an employee and work with them to send only the best suited candidates. Every candidate has a detailed, face to face and an in depth interview with ourselves, this enables us to assess their skills, experience and their reasons for seeking a new opportunity, temporary or permanent. We then vigorously go through their CV and are sure to know exactly what the candidate is looking for and what type of role they are suited to. By following this process, we are certain that we will reach and exceed our client’s expectations by providing them with the perfect candidate each and every time.
What do we do to exceed our client’s expectations?
On average each consultant has 15 years’ Recruitment experience- providing Temporary, Contract and Permanent Recruitment Solutions for Office Support Staff. With our knowledge and a diverse client base, matched with an extensive base of candidates readily available for all types of assignments – we provide and effective and efficient service to all our clients. We tailor our service to meet the specific requirements that all of our clients have and ensure we respond to all enquiries with speed and efficiency whether it be for a Temporary one-day placement to filling a permanent position.
How do we maintain healthy relationships with our clients?
Regular contact is key, like any healthy relationship, in order for it to maintain and develop it has to be nurtured. With regular communication, listening, understanding and adjusting to evolving needs and of course a dash of humour! At Coby Philips we pride ourselves on new and longstanding client relationships. We also conduct regular face to face service reviews to ensure that all our clients are happy with the service they are receiving and we are consistently meeting our client’s expectations every time.
How do we monitor the progress of successful permanent placements and temporary members of staff with our clients?
In terms of providing temporaries – we contact both the client and the candidate on their first day of work – an interim call when on site during their assignment and then again on their last day of employment. Therefore, ensuring at every point of the assignment everything is perfect. We also visit our temporaries on sit when appropriate.
When it comes to recruiting a permanent member of staff for a client – we would meet face to face if appropriate and take a full briefing we then provide a selection of candidate for review and interview. At each step of the interview process we ensure the candidates are fully briefed through to the point of invoice when a candidate is placed – we are there to make sure all expectation levels are met and exceeded where possible.
