My client, an established and fast-growing Recruitment Company based in Victoria are on the hunt for a Receptionist’s to join their buzzy and vibrant office as an ongoing Temporary Receptionist.
You will be part of a friendly, supportive and a social atmosphere, alongside being busy, faced paced and energetic.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Managing the full reception process always, including the telephone system, meeting rooms, post.
- Managing the building, kitchen supplies, office supplies etc.
- Managing the office security.
- Administrative duties, scanning, filling etc.
- Providing support to the Operations Manager and Office Manager.
- Booking couriers and travel for the wider team.

- Experience working as a Receptionist within an office based environment is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This position is to start immediately. Paying £10-12ph
