Various Temporary Team Secretary/Executive Assistant roles – working within a London Museum – based South Kensington - £12 - £15 an hour


We support one of London’s most awesome museums!

As one of the Team Secretaries/Executive Assistants your duties will include:

• Diary management
• Arranging meetings, conferences, travel and accommodation
• Type all letters and reports by audit or copy
• Monitoring e-mails and screening telephone calls and to deal with incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and effectively
• To be a main point of contact for internal and external clients
• To be involved in research work, taking notes and attending client meetings
• To produce presentations and reports
• Prioritise to ensure deadlines are met
• Inputting timesheets
• To proofread and check documents in great detail to prevent errors
• To provide the partner with updates on the current status of work


Candidate requirements;
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
• Competent and accurate typist with touch typing speed of at least 60wpm
• A proactive, enthusiastic, quick learner
• Ability to multi task and prioritise work
• A team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and strong time management skills
• Advanced Microsoft skills (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
