We have a diverse range of clients based in London who are looking for temporary receptionists. These receptionist positions would suit candidates that are looking to work on an ad-hoc basis – whether it is ad hoc days or full week to week assignments
Key responsibilities include;
- Meeting and greeting staff and visitors
- Issuing visitors passes
- Booking couriers
- General administrative tasks
- Sorting mail/post
We work closely with some fantastic clients so there are great opportunities working as a corporate receptionist!!!
Applicants must have at least a years’ experience working as a corporate receptionist.
THIS ROLE IS CLIENT FACING, THEREFORE CANDIDATES MUST BE IMMACULATELY PRESENTED
- Switchboard – phone and switch
- Gate keeping
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Mail / franking post
- Basic admin
