Team Administrator – Permanent Role – £25,000 – City based
Our Client, a Membership Association is looking for a Team Administrator to join their expanding team.
For this role the successful candidate will need extensive experience – in terms of ‘minute’ taking - as there are 16 board type meetings each year – 10/15 individuals attend each meeting.
You attend the meeting and then produce the minutes and action points accordingly.
Other duties for the position :
- To support the team with all administrative work
- PO requests, travel arrangements
- Meeting room bookings and planning
- CRM database administration
- Excel and Powerpoint reports and presentations.
- Extensive minute taking
