Top Engineering firm seek a confident and proactive L&D Administrator to lead weekly inductions, identify future training and development requirements for all staff through job analysis, appraisals and liaising with Hiring Managers.
You will also be responsible for administering all CSCS card applications and ensuring all statutory and compliance training requirements are met by booking employees onto the necessary courses.
Day to day administration will include updating training reports for the HR Manager, act as main point of contact for undergraduates, apprenticeships and other work placements, maintain accurate records on the HR System including all course bookings, attendance/non-attendance, certificates and expiry dates and general admin support to the HR Business Partners and the wider team
Engineering or construction experience and CIPD foundation hugely advantageous but not essential. HRIS experience is a MUST and knowledge of Select desirable.
