Prestigious global bank seek an experienced HR Administrator to join it busy team to assist with Recruitment, On boarding along with leavers administration, Learning & Development, Payroll and general HR support to the HR Manager.
Duties include regular contact with hiring managers and agencies to co-ordinate recruitment schedules, employment screening and onboarding, co-ordinate training programmes, booking trainers and maintaining cost records, providing all necessary information and updating database for payroll deadlines, logging invoices and basic accounts payable admin, assisting with employee reward programmes, being first point of contact for general HR queries and taking accurate notes in confidential HR meetings.
A varied and busy role that offers responsibility and challenge within a small and friendly team. CIPD Level 5 hugely advantageous
