Front of House – Corporate Reception/ Accounts Assistant – West End  - Up to £28,000

My client a Private Equity Firm are looking for a proactive, professional, hands on multi-tasker with excellent organisational and communication skills and who has the ability to work under pressure, enjoys team work, uses initiative and has a sense of humour.


Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:


  • Present a professional front of house image at all times – Meeting and Greeting all visitors
  • Managing meeting room calendars and ensuring all rooms are ready and tidy for each meeting
  • Liaise closely with the PA’s and Accounts team
  • Processing all staff expenses
  • Maintain the company’s filing system and off-site archive if and when required
  • Greet guests professionally and make teas and coffees/order lunches for all external and internal meetings
  • Book couriers and taxis
  • Taking all calls and relay messages
  • Sending and sorting post
  • Printing, binding and photocopying company presentations when required
  • Creating Purchase Order forms if required
  • Posting invoices
  • Organising conference calls and video-conferencing if/when required
  • Ad-hoc administration, i.e. card scanning, photocopying


This is a fantastic role which will be split,  80% Front of House and 20% Accounts work. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years Corporate Reception experience ideally from a similar industry and have some experience assisting with Accounts duties.
