Permanent – EA/PA required - Management Consultancy – based in the Liverpool Street Area - £35- 40k.
We are supporting a client in the City – all the roles are typically EA/PA – with duties such as the below :
- Extensive diary management
- Organising national and international travel including meeting and transport arrangement, confirming accommodation and producing detailed itineraries often of a complex nature
- Assisting in organising board meetings and operational meetings in various locations around the world.
- Dealing with telephone calls and emails from clients and colleagues in a professional manner and escalating any issues.
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Drafting documents and correspondence.
- Organising internal and external lunches and dinners booking the relevant dining rooms and restaurants both in London and globally.
- Organising meetings and presentations booking the relevant rooms and equipment both in the UK and around globally.
- Providing wide ranging administrative assistance.
- Producing Advanced PowerPoint presentations on a regular basis
