My client, a Manufacturing Company based in the Docklands are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator for 12 months.
Working within a friendly and vibrant organisation, your key duty will be to provide a 5-star service to all of their potential clients, interior designs etc.
You will be responsible for all administration and customer service duties and working closely alongside the Team Manger with anything they need.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Processing orders
- Sample requests
- Ensuring delivery schedules are met
- Responding to queries and quotation requests.
- Supporting the sales team and providing an excellent aftercare service.
- Experience within a customer service position, in an office environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly and positive working attitude.
This position is to start immediately paying up to £22K.
