Role: Credit Controller
Salary: Upto £25k
As a Credit Controller, you will be involved in assisting the reduction of Aged Arrears and General Credit Control duties, as well as managing a comprehensive Credit Control service. You will be liaising with members of the Customer Solutions Department and Sales on various aspects of Clients’ accounts and notifying the Selection Head of any accounts which give cause for concern. The successful Credit Controller must also be able to identify and build relationships with key personnel within organisations and to maintain good relationships.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
• Chasing up payments from agencies and direct clients
• Manage and maintain relationships
• Maintain debt chasing/Credit Control for clients and liaising with contacts to ensure a speedy resolution
• Processing BACS and Cheque payments and allocating to accounts
In order to be a successful applicant, you must have a minimum of 1-2 years Credit Control experience and extensive accounts receivable experience.
