Prestigious Global Bank seek an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join its Front of House Administration team.
A varied and busy reception role where duties include:
- Meeting and greeting corporate international visitors and high net worth clients
- Booking meeting rooms
- Booking chauffeurs, couriers and ordering flowers
- Processing invoices
- Manage the meeting rooms and arrange lunches
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Type of letters and distribute reports
- Manage post collection and distribution
- Assist with company social events.
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years corporate reception experience and advantageous to be fluent Arabic with a professional and articulate manner.
