Prestigious Global Bank seek an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join its Front of House Administration team.

A varied and busy reception role where duties include:

  • Meeting and greeting corporate international visitors and high net worth clients
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Booking chauffeurs, couriers and ordering flowers
  • Processing invoices
  • Manage the meeting rooms and arrange lunches
  • Assist with travel arrangements
  • Type of letters and distribute reports
  • Manage post collection and distribution
  • Assist with company social events.


The successful candidate must have at least 3 years corporate reception experience and advantageous to be fluent Arabic with a professional and articulate manner.
