Corporate Receptionist/Administrator (ongoing contract) N1 upto £27,000 (equivalent hourly rate)
A great opportunity for a corporate receptionist seeking more than just front of house duties.
You will be based within the HR team providing administration support but will be expected to cover reception daily, covering daily lunchtimes, holiday and sick leave.
Duties include meeting and greeting, issuing security passes, booking couriers, processing timesheets, updating confidential records inline to compliance along with general admin support.
