Corporate Front of House Receptionist – Ongoing Temporary Opportunity - £11ph, City of London
We are working with a top Investment firm looking to recruit a professional FOH team member on an ongoing basis.

Required Duties;

• Meet and Greet
• Answering telephones in a professional and polite manner in line with the company format
• Switchboard duties
• Booking/ arranging meeting rooms
• Issuing visitor passes
• Informing visitors of safety and security protocols and procedures
• Delivering customer service skills to exceed expectations
• Gatekeeping
• Couriers
• Basic administration duties

The successful candidate must be professional and friendly, polished, enthusiastic and committed.

The successful candidate will have proven Reception and/or Switchboard experience
