Compensation and Benefits Manager (Min 6mth FTC) W1 £60,000 pro rata
Global Music Co seek experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead and advice, review, design and implement current compensation and benefits schemes and communicate the current packages to all employees.
Reporting directly into the Head of HR you will be working closely with them to strategically deliver projects and implement new streamlined packages that will include salary benchmarking & reviews, pension arrangements, bonus payments along with new and innovative Benefit options.
You will also be researching key HR projects and providing analysis and recommendations as well as overseeing final payroll checks, managing pensions programmes and reporting back to trustees, reviewing and negotiating with suppliers and overseeing the HR Administrator.
