Calling all Administrators!

 

Are you immediately available looking for a new permanent opportunity? My client, an established Recruitment Company based in the City are on the hunt for a Contract Administrator to join their buzzy and vibrant office. Friendly, supportive and social company, alongside being busy, faced paced and energetic.

 

Are you looking for a position that will keep you busy? Are you looking for a position that will allow you to utilise all your skills and keep you challenged? Then look no further.

 

Duties include but not limited to:
• Contractor Care and Support throughout the Recruitment process post placement
• Query resolution inbound and proactive
• First point of communication to the Contractors for all Administration and Compliance matters
• Sales Support administration
• Processing Timesheets and expenses
• Generating Contracts and use of the CRM system
• Setting up Contractor profiles on InTime and Sage
• Supporting the Sales team with reporting and Management Information

 

The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should also possess experience within recruitment as an administrator.

 

Paying £20-25K
