My client, an International Executive Search company based in the City, are seeking a new Administrator to start as soon as possible.
This position is great for anyone looking to start their career within London or even looking for that slight step in within their current position.
Your key duties will be the support the Consultants with all administration duties which include:
- Formatting of CV’s and other documents.
- Updating candidate profiles
- Supporting the Consultants with coordination of client and candidate meetings.
- Telephone screening and general admin duties.
- Ad hoc cover the PA.
- Minimum 6 months experience working within an administrative type position.
- Recruitment experience ideal but not essential.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Packages.
- Friendly, positive and reliable.
Paying up to £23K to start immediately.
